Set into the gorgeous rolling hillsides of Shillelagh, Co. Wicklow, Minmore Mews @minmoremews is a former family sheep farm which has been lovingly restored to charming guest lodgings made from the local granite stone. Our host, Donal, could not have been more kind, generous, or helpful… and our experiences there were nothing less than magical. Although we arrived on a grey day, we were soon wrapped in the cozy warm spirit of this place — the perfect home base for all of our adventures.
